Q:Why do you call your bread the “Real” bread?
A: We do not use any form of chemical preservatives or artificial ingredients that is why we pick up our bread off of store shelves after just two days and replace it with fresh product. We are truly a fresh bread company.
Q:Do you carry any products for people who have allergies to gluten?
A: Yes. We actually specialize in European Rye breads. Rye flour does not contain any gluten. We have several varieties of low gluten bread that are good for people with allergies to wheat or gluten such as the German, Country, or Farmers Rye.
Q:Do you bake any bread without yeast?
A: Yes. All of our sourdough bread as well as our 100% Rye, Pumpernickel, and Whole Rye bread contain no yeast.
Q: What does the “K” on your bread labels signify?
A: Its stands for Kosher. All of Dimmers Bakery products are kosher certified providing you with the highest quality bread and baked items, guaranteed.
Q: Do you use Organic flour?
A: Yes. All of our sourdough bread as well as our 100% Rye, Pumpernickel, and Whole Rye are made with certified organic flour.
Q: Where can we purchase Dimmers Bakery Bread?
A: We deliver to various natural grocers such as Vitamin Cottage and Whole Foods Market as well as King Soopers, Costco, and multiple European Deli’s in the Denver Metro Area as well as Boulder, Longmont, and Fort Collins.
